McAdie & Reeve Removals Inverness is established as one of the leading removals and storage companies in Inverness and North Scotland. Since forming in 1992 the business expanded in 2020 when we bought a large depot in Inverness, located centrally, in Carsegate Industrial Estate. This gives us two purpose-built removals and storage facilities – Inverness and Kirkwall, Orkney.
McAdie & Reeve Removals Inverness offers full local and national removals and storage. We operate a large fleet of specialist artic-sized trucks which means we can complete larger moves, all on one vehicle.
We also specialise in haulage services and travel weekly from our Inverness depot to the south of the U.K. and northern Scotland, all the way to Orkney. This means that McAdie & Reeve Removals Inverness can offer extremely competitive prices as part and back loads, and general haulage including single boxes, motorbikes, cars, pianos, and even farm machinery.

Removals
We know how stressful moving house can be, as we’ve been through it ourselves over the years. Throughout the move process, you will have many other things to think about, and by booking with McAdie & Reeve Removals Inverness, you won’t need to worry about your removal.

We offer a full survey and build a plan to get it done properly, based on what you need.
You will receive a detailed, written quote, showing all costs, so there will be no surprises for you to worry about. This service is free and without any obligation.
The removals crew be there on the appointed day, with a suitable-sized truck, and your furniture will be packed and loaded with the same level of care as if it were our own furniture. All our trucks carry protective equipment such as mattress protectors, sofa covers, and floor protectors.
When we pack fragile items, everything is individually wrapped in protective paper, before being placed into a box with additional padded protection. All furniture is blanket protected in the truck, and for high-value and precious items, we can wrap in a special bubble blanket for added protection.
Your furniture and boxes will be delivered and placed where you want them in your new home.
Distance is no object as our trucks leave McAdie & Reeve Removals Inverness, every week, to travel throughout the UK. In this way, we can offer a removal price on a part/backload basis, so you don’t pay for unused space on the truck. Our trucks are compliant with London emissions regulations, so we can carry out moves of any size in the city.

Storage
McAdie & Reeve Removals Inverness has a large, purpose-built storage depot at our Carsegate Road South depot, offering both individual indoor containers and outdoor shipping containers, with an overall capacity of the volume of more than 100 removal trucks!
We provide full ‘Home to Storage’ services, which means your personal belongings are safely packed, loaded, and secured by our Inverness team from start to finish, avoiding the need for you to use unknown or remote storage sites. You should feel free to pop in anytime during office hours, to visit our site, and see for yourself where and how your items will be stored with us.
For many house moves, or for fewer items, our individual self-storage containers are a terrific way of keeping costs down, and they hold a lot more than you might think.
Fill them with as much as you need to, and then feel safe in the knowledge that your furniture and belongings are secure, under lock and key, alarmed, and with 24-hour CCTV monitoring both inside the warehouse, and covering the whole outside yard area.
The containerised system means you only pay for what you need. Payment is simply by direct debit, so there will be no bills to worry about. Free access to your stored items is available, by appointment, as often as you like while they are with us.

Our shipping container storage is perfect for business use with 24-hour access, CCTV monitoring and great access for work vans. We can even take regular deliveries in for you, so you can go about your workday uninterrupted, and collect your delivery from our secure warehouse later.
Haulage
McAdie & Reeve Removals Inverness are an established successful haulage business with over 20 years of experience. Martin and Alex have not only carried on the business since taking it over on 22nd June 2007 but have significantly enhanced and expanded the department.
All consignments are door-to-door, in our own trucks, with our own drivers and porters, without being transferred to different companies or agencies. This is a proud hallmark and the bedrock of how Alex and Martin operate the business.
In our distinctive blue and yellow trucks, we travel every week between our Inverness depot, the south of the UK, and northern Scotland, collecting and delivering at all points in between.
Our vehicles are all fully owned by McAdie & Reeve, and range from Artic Curtain-siders, Artic box- trailers, Flat-beds, Tippers, Removals HGV’s, Tail-lift HGV, Box-Lutons with tail-lift, and regular Transit vans.
We regularly collect items such as windows and doors, motor vehicles and parts, palleted items, eBay purchases, and packages from private individuals, businesses, stores, warehouses, and our mainland-based depots. Every week we have scheduled deliveries and collections in the Midlands, Glasgow, and Inverness.
